Entrance tickets

You can visit our exhibitions for free:

• children under 6 years,
• adults who have already turned 70 years of age,
• Disabled persons (1 companion is also admitted without charge),
• members of national civil organisations which are connected to museums and other public collections and which have at least 400 members,
• teachers (with a teacher’s card) who work in public education and who are citizens of Hungary or of another EEA country,
• on the last Sunday of each month for children under 26 and children under 18 with two close relatives (Hungarian and EEA nationals),
• ICOM card holders,
• all visitors on 15 March, 20 August and 23 October,
• journalists (with valid ID),
• residents of Zebegény (by presenting a residential address card).

To benefit from the discounts, please present a valid (photo) ID in all cases.

Programme tickets

"  * The participation fee does not include the museum entrance ticket.

"  Payment can be made by cash or credit card.

"  Please note that the conditions for free admission only entitle you to visit the permanent and temporary exhibitions of the museum, while for museum services and events (guided tours, museum educational activities, Night of Museums, other programs, etc.) you must pay the current admission fee.

"  Groups are recommended to book in advance!
