Ágoston Kollányi made a portrait film of István Szőnyi in 1957. In the film we can follow the birth of a work from the sketches to the last brushstroke. We can learn about the different methods and discover a special painting technique, egg tempera, which István Szőnyi used to create his most radiant paintings.
