The Fables of József Bartóky
Drawing competition - 2023.

THE FELADATE: create a fairy tale illustration for one of the three fables given. The competition is open to entries in A/4 or A/3 format, using any technique (e.g. pencil, felt-tip, paint, charcoal, ink, chalk).

HOW TO SUBMIT: by e-mail in jpg format to szonyiistvanemlekmuzeum@gmail.com to.
(One work may be submitted per applicant. Do not include your name or any other information on the artwork.)

By submitting an application, the applicant gives his/her consent to publish his/her work, name and age on the Szőnyi István Memorial Museum's website and in its internal publications. The data received by e-mail will not be disclosed to third parties.

Please specify in the e-mail:

• the title of the entry,
• the name and age of the creator,
• postal and e-mail contact details,
• your school.

THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING ENTRIES: 23 April 2023.
The results will be announced on 12 May 2023.

Members of the professional jury:

• Orsolya Csilléry (graphic artist)
• Mária Garami (art teacher, head of the Nagymaros Art Association)
• Róbert Sándor (graphic designer, illustrator)

On the museum's Facebook page, the works will be put to a public vote, where between 25 April and 2 May we will also award the most popular entry in the junior and senior categories.

Winners will receive valuable gift vouchers and prizes.
